I weighed myself this morning and since I've started my diet on New Year's. I've lost a total of 14 pounds! Whooo hooo! 6 more pounds to go and then it's time to really tone up big time.
Once I reach my 20 pound weight loss goal, I'm most definitely going change my way of living. I'm already learning how to eat right. I'm going to start a brand new fitness routine - maybe add Martial Arts or Boxing on top of my daily exercises. I want to stay in shape like forever!! I realized that exercising is FUN! Besides, it relieves tons of stress so I'm barely moody now (I think).
